DPI Analyzer

Measure your actual hardware DPI by moving your mouse a fixed distance.

Step 1 of 3

Configure measurement distance

Select how many inches you will move your mouse physically on your mousepad.

Important Calibration Tip

Ensure "Enhance Pointer Precision" (Mouse Acceleration) is disabled in Windows/macOS settings before testing, as it can skew results by over 50%. Always use a physical ruler against the side of your mouse for the most precise 1:1 measurement.

About DPI Analyzer

Manufacturers claim a mouse has "800 DPI", but in reality, it might be 780 or 820. This "DPI Deviation" affects your sensitivity. Our Analyzer helps you find the true DPI of your unit.

How to Measure

  1. Mark a Distance: Put a ruler on your mousepad. Mark a start point and end point (e.g., 10cm).
  2. Input Target: Enter the distance (10cm) into the tool.
  3. Move: Click the red target and move your mouse physically exactly 10cm.
  4. Result: We count the pixels moved and calculate the real DPI.

Why it matters?

If you copy a pro player's config but your mouse has +10% DPI deviation, your sensitivity will be 10% faster than theirs, making the copy useless.
