Based on routines used by pro players in Valorant and League of Legends, this tool guides you through specific micro-drills to target different aspects of mechanical skill.

The 5-Phase Routine

  1. Activation (Grid Clicking): Determine target locations and click them. Wakes up the visual cortex.
  2. Smoothness (Tracking): Follow a moving orb without jittering. Essential for "tracing" enemies in games like Apex or Overwatch.
